Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurs across Nigeria are vying for the N5 million Afri Invoice Reward Initiative, a campaign launched to celebrate innovation, customer loyalty, and SME empowerment in the country’s growing digital business ecosystem.
Afri Invoice, Nigeria’s pioneering cloud-based e-invoicing and payment platform, introduced the initiative to mark its second anniversary and highlight its achievements in innovation, regulatory compliance, and business digitisation.
The campaign, which runs until December 1, 2025, offers a mix of cash prizes, business tools, and technology products designed to enhance productivity and efficiency for business owners. Winners will be unveiled on June 3, 2026, at a celebration event marking Afri Invoice’s two years of supporting entrepreneurs and driving digital transformation.
Speaking on the initiative, Afri Invoice Founder and CEO, Mark Odenore, said the platform was created to address one of the most pressing challenges faced by African entrepreneurs , slow and inefficient payment systems.
“Two years ago, we set out to solve one of the biggest problems facing African entrepreneurs: slow payments and inefficient invoicing. Today, we celebrate not just our anniversary, but the thousands of businesses that have grown with us and the future of digital commerce across the continent,” Odenore said.
He described the reward campaign as both a celebration and a reaffirmation of Afri Invoice’s mission to empower small businesses. “Afri Invoice believes that when businesses thrive, communities flourish. That is why we continue to invest in innovation, education, and outreach, ensuring that every entrepreneur, regardless of size or sector, has the tools to succeed in the digital economy,” he added.
Since its launch, Afri Invoice has evolved from a software provider into a trusted partner for business growth. By offering access to digital invoicing and analytics tools, the platform helps entrepreneurs improve cash flow, make informed business decisions, and maintain compliance, three factors that remain critical for survival and expansion in Nigeria’s competitive business landscape.
With its latest initiative, Afri Invoice aims to encourage more Nigerian SMEs to embrace digital tools that simplify operations and accelerate growth, positioning technology as a key driver of Africa’s next phase of enterprise development.
