Sydani Technologies Partners with NITDA, SMEDAN, and NYSC to Launch Youth Tech Empowerment Program
Share

In a strategic move to enhance the technological skills of Nigerian youth, Sydani Technologies has joined forces with the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN), the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), and the Federal Ministry of Youth Development to introduce the Kodex3 Tech Training Program. This initiative aims to equip young Nigerians with industry-relevant tech skills, foster entrepreneurship, and boost employability in today’s digital economy.

Kodex3 seeks to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application by providing hands-on training, preparing participants for both job opportunities and entrepreneurial ventures. The program will offer exposure to diverse technological platforms, with a focus on empowering participants to contribute meaningfully to Nigeria’s socio-economic growth.

SMEDAN will provide essential entrepreneurial resources and innovation support, while NYSC will focus on offering fresh graduates the tech skills they need to transition smoothly into the workforce. The collaboration aims to develop a new generation of tech-savvy entrepreneurs and professionals.

Dr. Noble Chinyere-Ugo Ajuonu, Head of Sydani Technologies, emphasized the importance of Kodex3 in shaping Nigeria’s future workforce: “In today’s digital era, industry-relevant tech skills are critical. Kodex3 addresses this by combining practical training with project-based learning, ensuring participants are job-ready upon completion.”

He noted that the program’s holistic approach integrates entrepreneurial skills alongside tech training, positioning participants to pursue independent ventures, thereby driving economic growth. “Kodex3 goes beyond the classroom, instilling entrepreneurial thinking and creating new opportunities for Nigeria’s youth,” Ajuonu said.

Through its partnerships with NITDA, SMEDAN, NYSC, and the Ministry of Youth Development, the Kodex3 initiative aims to reach a wide audience, fostering mentorship, community building, and collaborative projects. The program is expected to contribute to Nigeria’s GDP by developing a more skilled, innovative, and employable workforce.

Kodex3 marks a significant milestone in youth empowerment, preparing Nigeria’s next generation for success in an increasingly tech-driven global economy.
