Share

Verticul, the e-learning platform developed by Unify, has partnered with DecisionSpaak Technologies to introduce a cutting-edge AI course designed to boost the skills of African professionals. This collaboration aims to bridge the skills gap and equip young learners with the expertise needed to excel in an AI-driven world.

The course, Artificial Intelligence 101: Prompt Engineering for Beginners, is led by Philip Ade-Akanbi, founder of DecisionSpaak and a leader in AI product development. It covers key aspects of artificial intelligence, from the workings of AI systems to the use of large language models and chatbots. The program is practical and geared toward professionals in sectors like finance, healthcare, media, and education.

With over 1,000 learners already benefiting from Verticul’s affordable, market-relevant courses, the platform has become a transformative force for young Africans seeking to improve their employability. Samuel Omokanye, General Manager of Unify, emphasized that AI is crucial for the future, and this course will help unlock opportunities for businesses and entrepreneurs across the continent.

The partnership aligns with the increasing adoption of AI technologies in Africa, where there is a growing need for qualified professionals. By combining Verticul’s focus on community learning with DecisionSpaak’s expertise in AI, this course promises to foster innovation, create economic opportunities, and enhance Africa’s workforce capabilities, preparing them for global competition.
