VP Shettima to Open Expanded National MSMEs Business Clinics in Ogun State
Share

Vice President Kashim Shettima is set to inaugurate the Expanded National Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Business Clinics during his one-day visit to Ogun State on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. The event will take place at the June 12 Cultural Centre in Kuto, Abeokuta.

The Expanded National MSMEs Business Clinic, a Federal Government initiative executed in collaboration with State governments, aims to address challenges hindering the development of MSMEs. It seeks to facilitate access to capital, formalize businesses, and showcase products, among other objectives.

The clinic will provide small business owners with the opportunity to engage with regulatory bodies such as NAFDAC, SON, CAC, NEPC, and others, while also featuring grant presentations for eligible MSMEs.

Additionally, Vice President Shettima will inaugurate the Fashion Hub project at the Old OGTV auditorium, where stakeholders in the fashion industry will benefit from over 150 state-of-the-art tailoring equipment. Furthermore, the Adire shared facility at Asero, Abeokuta, will also be inaugurated during the visit.
