Fatubaro Temitope is the CEO of Gestalt Consult, A consulting brand that focuses on giving organizations quality and relevant capacity development training. In this interview with MSME AFRICA, he speaks about his passion for Brand Consulting.

Kindly introduce us to who you are and the nature of your business

My name is Fatubaro Temitope. I am an HR professional with a specialty in Training and Development. I am the founder of Gestalt Consult, a training institute that designs and delivers quality and relevant pieces of training through easy-to-use media at affordable rates. Other services we render include CSR Designing and Execution, Sales And Marketing, and HR Consultancy.

Kindly give a brief history of Gestalt Consult?

Gestalt consult was founded and registered in the year 2018.

What are the factors that contributed to your choice of business?

The complaint of HR managers about paying an expensive amount for pieces of training without seeing desired results birthed this business. As an HR professional with a natural passion for imparting knowledge, I found a calling and haven’t looked back since.

How do you rate the importance of a consulting brand such as yours to the growth and development of MSMEs?

By providing quality services at affordable rates, we have been able to give MSMEs access to essential pieces of training needed to grow their businesses without going bankrupt. This has helped most of them, scale up and become profitable.

What has been your company’s greatest challenge and how have you been able to overcome the challenge(s)?

Our greatest challenge is trust. Business owners have been sold the lie that quality must be expensive. Therefore believing the effectiveness of our modules at the prices we offer them has been a struggle.

We have been able to overcome this through persistence and staying committed to what we do.

What does your company bring differently to the ecosystem of consulting firms?

Gestalt Consult has designed an array of quality solutions needed by MSMEs at very affordable pricing and made quality and relevant innovations affordable.
