The Minister of Industry, Trade, and Investment, Doris Uzoka-Anite, alongside top officials from various government agencies, will convene at the first Abuja Investment Summit and Expo 2023. The event, scheduled for November 14th to 15th, aims to strategize on attracting private investors for economic development.

Taking place at the M.K.O. Abiola National Stadium in Abuja, the summit will focus on critical industry, trade, and investment issues essential for stimulating economic growth in Abuja and Nigeria as a whole.

Thematic areas will include Opportunities for Business Growth, Light Manufacturing, Public-Private Partnerships, and Accessing Global Investments. This collaboration between the public and private sectors, spearheaded by key entities including the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry, aims to unlock the economic potential of Abuja, one of Africa’s fastest-growing cities.

The summit is poised to gather over 1,500 business leaders, investors, and policymakers from Nigeria, Africa, and around the world. It is aligned with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, aimed at bolstering socio-economic growth and benefitting all Nigerians through sustainable economic development.
