The Clean Cooking Alliance (CCA), in collaboration with Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL) and hosted by GWNET (Global Women’s Network for the Energy Transition), is excited to announce the launch of its third cohort of the Women in Clean Cooking (WICC) Program, aimed at providing professional development and mentorship support for early to mid-career women in the clean cooking sector in Africa, Asia, and Haiti.

Following the success of our 2021 & 2022 Women in Clean Cooking Program, we are thrilled to continue supporting and uplifting women in the clean cooking sector. As a WICC mentor, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support mentees in achieving their concrete career goals through tailored guidance and leadership.
  • Foster professional and personal development for the next generation of women leaders.
  • Encourage strategic thinking and inspire innovative ideas to improve the clean cooking industry.

Our comprehensive 9-month program offers a unique blend of virtual knowledge transfer webinars, virtual networking opportunities, and peer-to-peer exchange. As a mentor, you will have the chance to guide and empower your assigned mentee based on their specific career aspirations and goals.

We are actively seeking senior professionals from the clean cooking and energy sector to join our esteemed pool of mentors and make a lasting impact on young women’s professional journeys. By dedicating up to 2 hours of your time per month, you can help shape the future of the clean cooking sector and contribute to a more sustainable world. Please note that fluency in English is required as the program will be conducted in English.
