Nasarawa Government Hands Over 14,000 Hectares of Agricultural Land to Saro Agro-Allied

The Nasarawa State Government has officially handed over 14,000 hectares of agricultural land in the Toto Local Government area to Saro Agro-Allied Limited, following a formal agreement between the company and AZMAN Group. The agreement was finalized at the Nasarawa Governor’s Lodge in Abuja, in the presence of Governor Abdullahi Sule, Ibrahim Abdullahi, Managing Director of the Nasarawa Investment Development Agency (NASIDA), and Abdulmunaf Yunusa, Chairman of AZMAN Group.

Governor Sule expressed optimism about resolving previous conflicts in the area, stating that displaced villagers would return this month, which would contribute to security and stability in the region. He emphasized that the settlement of these communities would prevent any external disturbances.

Ibrahim Abdullahi commended the governor for his consistent support for investment initiatives in the state, noting that all necessary measures have been taken to ensure the success of the investment. He added that AZMAN Group, which had a long-standing presence in the area, would now allow Saro Agro-Allied to lead their investment plans in various sectors.

Both Abdulmunaf Yunusa of AZMAN Group and Ujwalkanta Senapati of Saro Agro-Allied expressed their gratitude to Governor Sule for facilitating the agreement and fostering a cooperative environment between the two companies.
