Polaris Bank’s innovative digital platform, VULTe, has once again been recognized as Nigeria’s ‘Best Digital Bank of the Year’ at the prestigious BusinessDAY’s Banks And Other Financial Institutions (BAFI) Awards. This marks the third consecutive win for VULTe in this category.

Additionally, Polaris Bank received the ‘Best MSME Bank of the Year’ award, further highlighting its commitment to serving the needs of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

VULTe, a home-grown digital banking platform, offers a comprehensive range of services, including account opening, loan requests, and access to lifestyle trends and social events. It is designed to provide customers with the utmost convenience and address their everyday financial challenges.

In the past year, VULTe has expanded its capabilities to cater not only to individual customers but also to SMEs, High Net Worth individuals, and retail customers. With over 40 million MSME operators in Nigeria, VULTe now allows them to access collateral-free loans for personal and business purposes, with eligible entrepreneurs and SME operators able to apply and receive up to N20 million within just 5 minutes, without the need for an in-person visit to the Bank.

The BAFI Awards committee recognized VULTe’s outstanding performance across various key metrics, including its strategic approach to attracting digital customers, user engagement, digital adoption, customer growth, and platform security. This acknowledgment reinforces VULTe’s position as a leader in the digital banking landscape.
