Rewired Network Africa Provides Cutting-edge Business Structures For Women Entrepreneurs
Share

Rewired Network Africa has organized its maiden summit to empower Nigerian women entrepreneurs with the necessary resources and skills for business expansion. The event aimed to bridge the knowledge gap for female entrepreneurs in accessing grants, loans, and funds, as well as providing insights on business planning and digital skills.

Emem Ime Okwoche, Co-founder/Convener of EmpowerHer Summit, highlighted the crucial role of Nigerian women in the country’s economy and emphasized the need to equip them with essential tools for business growth. The summit also emphasized the importance of having a structured and registered business to enhance the chances of success.

Barr. Iheji Emmanuel Iji emphasized the significance of understanding regulatory matters for business scalability, citing statistics that highlight startup failure rates in Nigeria. The summit provided valuable information to female business owners and SME operators, enabling them to access grants and form strategic partnerships.

Brand Consultant and Canva Expert, Ayedotun Akinfenwa, conducted a crash course on Do-It-Yourself web design, advising female entrepreneurs on how to showcase their products effectively and position their businesses for consideration for business grants using the Canva app.

Joseph Iworwuese, acting president of the US Government Exchange Alumni Association, emphasized the goal of the summit: to empower women in business to thrive and continue making a positive impact in society. The event aimed to equip female entrepreneurs with the knowledge and resources needed for sustained success in their ventures.
